Hi, my name is Vivien, I was bullied in the Phillipines, because of my eyes. People would call me “owl” or “Tarsier,” but then that changed when I went to Canada. I thought that I would not get bullied anymore, but I was wrong. I only lived in Canada for 2 years, I had lots of friends and I was nice mostly to everybody. It was the first day of school and this guy (let’s call him dude) kept teasing me. Every recess and lunch break he comes up to me and tags me. That kept going for about a week and I started to like him. I messaged him on social media and said hi, I like you. Dude unfriended me at the social media and I blocked him. Starting that day, we never talked and we keep avoiding each other. After two months, I got over my crush on him, and one of my friends (let’s call him bro) wants to know what happened between me and Dude. I didn’t want to tell him because Bro is not a good secret keeper. We chatted on social media and he keeps asking me about what happened between me and Dude. I told him to ask Dude and he actually did. Dude told Bro that I like him and that he doesn’t like me. He doesn’t like me because I’m annoying and obnoxious. Bro finds it funny, and I got mad at Bro because he agrees. I told my other friends that I’m mad at Bro because he thinks that I’m annoying and obnoxious. The next day was Saturday and I wanted to go to school to help. Dude and Bro were there. Two of my friends were there too, they were also friends with Dude and Bro. While I was helping my teacher, my friends, Dude, Bro and lots of other people were talking about me. They were talking how annoying and obnoxious I am, and my friends told me. I started to cry because I didn’t do anything to them.
