    Haley, 14
It all started in 5th grade when my then best friend called me a “fat cow”. That day I came home, locked myself in my room, and cried myself to sleep. All through fifth grade it would get worse. In sixth grade, she left, and I thought it was all over. But it wasn’t. Guys would call me names and push me around. In seventh grade, people would point at me, laugh, and push me around. I’d come home and cry at night. Now I’m in eighth grade and things have continued to get worse. I cut once and it hurt so much, so I promised myself I’d never do it again, and I’ve kept that promise. All I do is cry. The things they said to me I am beginning to believe. They called me fat, ugly, worthless and other terrible things.
