i remember i was so eager to start high school, so happy to be like those people in the movies. the first day wasnt like what i was expecting. the girls in the locker room were all so skinny and pretty and here i was a lonely freshman among 2000 other students. so the first two years of high school went by so fast and i hated it. being called a slut as i walked down the halls. ” oh that girl that had sex with my friend for 5 bucks ” . that girl who had the naked picture of her being passed around. i moved schools because i was falling so behind. so i thought last year my junior year would be better. a new school different people. but no my past followed right behind me. as soon as i walked in school the first day some guy recognized me and yelled out ” SLUT!!! ” then everybody laughed. i made friends with some seniors at my school who knew about what ive been going through because theyve heard about me. they welcomed me with open arms. so anyways months went by and school was going good. then one day one of the girls decided to get all the other girls in that group to turn on me. they all shoved me out of the group and i had no where to go. they laughed at me because they knew i was alone and they used to be my only friends. i ate lunch alone and talked to nobody during school. i looked forward to go home and get on facebook where i could take part in the person i pretended to be online. i was myself of course its just i acted a whole different way online. so it comes down to the last few months of school. everything was okay until one day after school one of the girls called me a slut for sleeping with her ex boyfriend. how was i supposed to explain to her that he forced me and i couldnt escape. nobody would listen. and now that im at my senior year well 4 months into my senior year im hanging out with juniors. they accept me but they know not to get to close to me because of what theyve heard. every class i have i think of ways i could end it all but then at the end of the day i see no point in it. next year none of these people are going to matter. i probably wont even see them anymore. but what im feeling right now is that maybe there is hope for me. and sharing my story could help some people too.
